Something had to change...In 2004 at just 35, I was 60 pounds overweight with debilitating chronic fatigue and tendinitis and bursitis in all my joints, had sky-high cholesterol of 285 and triglycerides of 595, and was being tested for every auto-immune disorder under the sun. Not only that - hormonal issues had me experiencing excruciating hot flashes and night sweats. And I wasn't just a mess physically, I was depressed, anxious, and not living my best life or being true to myself. I was in a bad marriage, and felt lost in my career. I was stuck...I knew something had to change, because I was only getting heavier and sicker. I was losing hope.
So what happened? I took charge of my life. I did some serious soul-searching and made some serious changes in my diet and lifestyle. I lost the weight and healed my body, and studied to become certified in Plant-Based Nutrition, Lifestyle Coaching, Diabetes Prevention Counseling and Personal Training. Most importantly, I exploring the nature of conscious and unconscious thought - and I transformed my entire mindset. I went from feeling like I was being tossed around by every circumstance and other people's actions - to the powerful leader of my life. Now, at age 53, I'm at the peak of my health and aging vibrantly, I have a thriving career I love, great relationships and I'm finally with the love of my life. With over 15 years experience, I help other women reach their fullest potential in every way. This is the InnerStrength Life. |
