Changes in our lives at home, including creating two significant no-mow areas in our yard that yielded an expected bounty of medicinal plants, along with raising six beautiful ducks, gave rise to this line of products based on my own way of doing urban homesteading. We even have a pop-up farm stand if you're local!

Beautiful Bath Salts

These bath salts aren't just beautiful, they're medicinal as well. They're handmade with inflammation-busting epsom salts, detoxifying sea, Himalayan and black salts, dried herbs, almond oil and organic essential oils...and you can choose from three blends:
Divine Detox: Epsom, sea, and black salts combined baking soda and rich almond oil blended with essential oils of sage, sweet orange and clove and sprinkled with those same dried herbs. Perfect for fall and winter. Have you ever wanted to smudge yourself? This is the way. Especially helpful for clearing toxic buildup on the skin.
Nighty Night: Epsom and Himalayan salts, baking soda and rich almond oil blended with essential oils of lavender, ylang ylang and mugwort, sprinkled with lavender flowers. All three of these hebs have been used for thousands of years for anti-anxiety and mood brightening, as well as mild pain relief. This is the perfect ritual after a stressful day or whenever you want to pamper yourself.
Calming Comfort: Epsom and sea salts, baking soda, rich almond oil blended with essential oils of eucalyptus, lavender, rosemary and peppermint, and sprinkled with Arnica flowers. This blend is perfect for easing inflammation and tackling pain.

Each blend is a half cup, perfect for 1 beautiful bath. Choose your blend at checkout.
Add a 4x6" natural muslin bag to hang your salts from your faucet and infuse as you run your bath. Holds a half cup of bath salts.*
Clean Lavender Soap & Natural Sisal Mesh Soap Bag

Almost every time someone orders one of my soaps, they message me to tell me how much they love it! They're so lathery and creamy, I've even had people tell me using them was like a "spa experience." High praise!
But I realize that $12 for my crystal bar soaps might not be practical for everyday.
Introducing: my new CLEAN LAVENDER BAR SOAP! Get a clean and simple bar soap in clean and simple packaging. No crystals or plants...just creamy, lathery soap with real essential oils.

And if you really want a luxurious spa experience, order my natural sisal mesh soap bag! Sisal is sustainably derived from the agave plant, and is similar to loofah. Just place your lavender bar soap inside and gently scrub your body to reveal clean, exfoliated skin.*
Flower Essence: Essence of Yarrow

Have you ever heard of flower essences? When I first started studying them in my herbal apprenticeship, I wasn't sure what to think. But I felt called to take the time to make a yarrow essence because it was so plentiful in my yard and it was calling to me. Turns out yarrow imparts strength of inner light, psychic force and aura when one feels extremely vulnerable to negative influences in their environment. As an empath I could see why this floral herb was surrounding me, and partaking of her essence has been powerful. A little too powerful, in fact! I started with 4 drops per dose and cut down to 2 drops. If you have a strong personality like I do, you may find that works better for you, too.

Since a dosage is only 2-4 drops under the tongue, this small bottle goes a very long way. Add a beautiful Labradorite crystal for protection, hightened intuition and transformation to complete your set.*
Cluck & Clover Coop Herbs

Do you have a flock of your own? I developed my exclusive blend (lavender, rose petals, chamomile, chicory flowers, lemon balm and rosemary) to be more economical than commercial coop blends, but to be even more powerful. I don't mix them with bedding, which means they're more aromatic and have more antiparasitic punch. And my blend is so beautiful and smells so amazing, you could simply use it for potpourri!

Personally, I use hemp bedding for my feathered fam because I find it more absorbent and easier to scoop. Every day, I scoop out any waste and fill in with a bit more fresh bedding, then sprinkle about 1/4-1/3 cup of my Coop Herbs in my 24 sq. ft. coop. It keeps their little home nice and fresh, and it's safe for all farm birds. For my flock, the 2 quart blend lasts for about a month. Makes a beautiful and thoughtful gift for a friend or family member with a beloved flock.
DIY Soap Nut Laundry Detergent

Natural, no waste laundry detergent? I was skeptical, until I tried soap nuts! Also known as soap berries, these little hypoallergenic wonders are amazing. Just simmer this cup of soap nuts in 6 cups of water for 45 minutes (they smell like apple cider vinegar), then let cool and strain into a quart container. Stir in 15 drops of the essential oil of your choice (I use lavender), and pour into ice cube trays that are 1 tbsp each. After you pour these into trays you'll have about 35 tbsp of detergent and you'll use 4-6 for each load. They're great for HE washers, too. You can also keep your detergent in the fridge for up to a week instead of freezing it, and you can even just put 5-6 soap nuts into a muslin bag and put them into the wash directly for up to 6 washes and even more bang for your buck! This little package comes with directions and is perfect if you're interested in trying soap nuts but haven't wanted to invest in a large quantity. Personally? I love them!!
DIY Flatbread Mix & Pet Treat Mix

Making certain things at home is a must for quality and savings, but it has to quick and easy, too. That's how these DIY mixes were born.

First up, my Flatbread. It's naturally gluten-free, increadibly simple to bake up, super tasty and easy on the gut! Just mix with a tablespoon of olive oil, a squeeze of lemon, a touch of honey or maple syrup, and water, spread on a 12x8" baking sheet (or similar), and bake for a total of 20 minutes. You can even add your own spices to make a delicious focaccia! It's perfect with olive oil, vegan butter, your favorite jam or to dip in some amazing hummus or marinara. Ingredients: GF all purpose flour, brown rice flour, chia seeds, baking powder, baking soda, sea salt.
Next, our famous PlantPowered Pet Treats! We used to sell these and they were a huge hit with every animal who tried them! With just 5 ingredients - oats, parsley, mint, chia seeds, and coconut oil - they're simple and delicious. Just mix with 5-6 tablespoons broth or water and 3 tablespoons unrefined coconut oil, and bake. This bag makes around 25 larger, tablespoon-sized treats or around 50 for smaller pets, and those keep for a couple of weeks in an airtight container on the counter or much longer in the fridge. Makes a great gift!
